We make our PDR process as convenient as possible during this already stressful time.
An account representative will meet you where it's most convenient — at your home, work, or our facility to provide a free, no-obligation evaluation of the damage. We'll let you know right then if your car qualifies for our program.
If your car qualifies, we'll assist you in filing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you've already done that, we'll determine if a supplemental inspection is required.
Is rental car reimbursement covered by your insurance company? If so, we'll set it up for you. If it's not covered, we will cover the cost of a car rental for the duration of the repair. We also offer valet services for a convenient drop-off process.
Expect weekly progress updates from your account representative on where your car is in the hail damage repair process.
Once the repair process is complete, your representative will coordinate the return of your vehicle, washed and detailed.
